The Wine Museum

The wine tradition of the Grasso family, dating back to 1887, has broutht to the creation of a wine museum that preserves the historic memories that would have otherwise gone forever lost.

The ancient equipment showcased in the company's museum are put together and listed based on the production fase the belong to, from the vineyard to the wine cellar.
There are areas like the workroom of the cooper, nowdays completely disappeared, and an ancient laboratory for the initial chemical analysis of grapes and wines.

The close connection between the museum and the wine cellar creates particular interest since it allows visitors to go through, just in a few steps, three centuries of Sicilian wine making history through a transition from ancient manual equipment to the most modern machines.
